Going Green

 

Testing Natural Gas & Electric Powered Vehicles to Reduce Emissions

  • UAB has purchased and tested natural gas powered vehicles.  UAB has also purchased and tested several electric powered vehicles.  UAB is currently evaluating one of each type.  Facilities is looking at purchasing two more electric vehicles and installing solar panels to recharge them.
