Hospital Maintenance

 
Our Customer Services Include:
  • Maintenance/Repair of Utility Systems: Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating & air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting for all building areas.
  • Maintaining Physical Appearance of Facilities: Painting, plastering, masonry, and general architectural maintenance.
  • Construction Interface: Utility shutdowns for construction, reviewing blueprints, inspection of new projects, and warranty coordination.
  • Coordinating/Managing Facilities Capital Projects
  • Maintenance/Inspection/Testing of Life Safety Systems: Emergency generators, fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, fire doors, fire walls, etc.


Maintenance/Repair of Utility Systems: Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating & air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting for all building areas.
Our Dispatching Office Personnel respond to more than 75,000 maintenance calls per year.
We have an extensive equipment preventive maintenance program that is completely computerized with a weekly summary listing any outstanding equipment preventive maintenance tasks. The amount of equipment increases with each additional building added to the Hospital.
