Construction Support Services

 
  • Build Team: Our Estimating Team is the central point for our services. The estimators communicate with the Design and Construction staff to provide ballpark estimates (for your budgeting needs) or a more detailed estimate once construction drawings are complete.

    Our certified Asbestos Abatement Team can take care of any of your abatement needs. Just submit an online work order online work order and we will give you a "ballpark" price to remove asbestos. Sometimes asbestos removal will be part of a bigger renovation project and our abatement team will work directly with the DBS Construction Supervisors.

    DBS' Quick Hit Team “ handles any project that is typically less than $1,500, can be completed within 3 days, and does not require an estimate (time and material only, please).

    Our Supervisors provide construction management of all DBS projects. Their services include constructability design review, pre-construction conferences, project scheduling, contractor security badges, utility shutdown coordinating, city inspections, job site safety, and project close-out.
