Campus Maintenance

  • Our Preventive Maintenance is managed by Shelia Herring.

  • As part of the allocation funding, Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspections and service are regularly scheduled and provided by Campus Maintenance for all Campus buildings (non-hospital). Over 3,500 different pieces of equipment are included in the computerized PM program with each piece of equipment being serviced from one to fifty-two times each year. A full-time Maintenance Scheduler is dedicated to the coordination of this program for the Campus (non-hospital) buildings. Equipment included in the PM program can be identified by the small PM identification tag affixed to the equipment which bears the PM ID number.
